Recover encrypted flash drive?

The essence of the problem:
There was a flash drive on smart Zte. Accordingly, photos, data, etc. were stored on it.
But before you save everything and generally use smart.
Put in the settings protection on the flash drive.
The essence of protection:
Data is opened from a flash drive on the device on which this protection is installed.
The computer does not see it. not Windows, not Linux, not live SD.
Also, any other device only offers to format the disk and that's all, the data, respectively, cannot be opened.
Which they did out of stupidity, completely formatted the flash drive and deleted everything.
What is the best software to use for data recovery.
We use Kali Linux and look for software, respectively, for this OSI.
