Recording format compatibility Archiving software?

Dear community, please help me to clarify the situation once and for all, for example, there is a certain set of archives on tape (LTO-5), made by bacula / bareos, is it possible to take this set and deploy it with other software, i.e. in general, any of the archiving existing on the market and is it generally feasible in principle, a set of archives made by one software, deployed by another software, in the absence of service information, like the same database and possibly service files like bsr and other things?
I apologize for the apparently very stupid question, I'm just new to archiving and I can't find any definitive answer on this issue.

If the question is about "GENERALLY" - then no. What archived - the same and restore.
Even archives made by different versions of Acronis are incompatible (yesterday, the same Acronis program encountered, but versions 9.7 Ethernet and 10 Home are incompatible).
There are file archivers that make archives in the universal ZIP format - everything is clear with this.

Well, actually the question is not about backup, but about archiving, I hope we distinguish between these entities, as for me, let this archive lie on a ribbon, but I need to know that I can raise it with some kind of software, no?
