Recording conversations on Android. What devices does it work on?

Greetings!
There was a need to record conversations.
Googling, we managed to find out that the iPhone cannot do this at all, but Android can, but not everyone, and depending on the kernel, firmware, etc. Lots of conflicting and outdated information.
Advise a phone that can do this "out of the box"?
Requirements:
1. Recording a conversation "from the line" so that both me and the interlocutor can be heard well.
2. Normal camera.
Everything.
If you can not do without root / flashing, advise the tools. And a model with which it is easier to crank. I had no business with Android before, I don’t understand how the firmware differs from the custom kernel.

Recording telephone conversations in many countries is illegal, therefore, in the vast majority of Android smartphones, this feature is blocked, and it is possible only with a modified linux + CallRecorder
kernel. a large number of phones, it is likely that the kernel is needed in all MIUI firmware

Most likely any Chinese phone on MT6589 (6577). At least from all that I had (6 or 7 models) everyone was able to record from the line. Used AllCallRecorder. At startup, he swears that recording the interlocutor is not possible, but he writes and saves everything perfectly.

My Meizu MX2, for example, can do this out of the box. No need to install any additional apps even. The price is acceptable (compared to the same iPhone), the hardware sticks out similar to SGN2.
Other Meizu models should also have this feature, but it's better to check if you decide to purchase.

I have Xiaomi Red Rice, aka Hongmi, for a little over $200 with shipping.
In MIUI there is a bird "record all conversations automatically". He writes them. You can listen to the contact's call log or through the Recorder program. The only but: uses [email protected]/[email protected]
Well, the camera is fine.
