Recommend Torrent WebGui?

Hello everyone!
Can you recommend a good WebGUI for Torrent (RTorrent) under Linux?
Of the main requirements:
1. Adding a download by link
2. The ability to select files from the download
3. The ability to delete the torrent, along with all the data.
Now there is a bunch of RTGui + RTorrent, but there are no points 2 and 3, which is very inconvenient.

But actually I want to recommend transmission-daemon + transmission remote gui, which I left rtorrent for. Remote gui is not a web muzzle, but a native application that can pick up magnets as soon as you copy them, the ability to associate * .torrent with a specific application and, by clicking on the tracker, immediately launch the torrent, without dancing "save the download link or temporarily *.torrent itself and then feed it to the webmord". Selecting files, renaming the torrent, deleting the downloaded one, association of the download and local paths (double-clicking on the torrent will launch the file manager or the player right away (if there is only one video file in the download)).
