Recommend stable gps tracker for android smartphone

After several painful days of searching for a stable gps tracker for an Android smartphone, I am asking a question here.
I tried about a dozen trackers from play.google.com, none of them worked consistently. Although the requirements for the program are minimal: it is desirable to work on the accelerometer sensor, send coordinates to any server and the ability to view the location on the map on the Internet at any time.
It was not possible to connect the new NIKA-tracker service in MTS, MTS employees do not even know about its existence.
Does anyone use any stable service for tracking the movement of objects (based on a smartphone with Android OS)?
PS Is it really necessary to learn Android programming in order to track a child in the 21st century?
