“We are not rich enough to buy cheap things” - think about this phrase.
That is, it’s better to buy a 120/128 gig SSD once and use it without nerves and constant cleaning of garbage / recycle bin / pace for 3-5 years (not necessarily by you, you can give it to someone or rearrange it in a laptop, etc.) or buy at 60 and suffer from a lack of space and a drop in speed when filling, and in the end, anyway, after six months / a year, buy another one at 120/128 ...

Six months ago, in June, I took SATA 60Gb OCZ Vertex 3 (VTX3-25SAT3-60G) to my home computer.
I haven’t tried others - so it’s hard to compare, but it works without failures and quickly - everything opens instantly, Windows loads in seconds.
A month ago, I took Vertex 4 into the laptop, for 128 GB - no complaints either.
For a home computer (where there is space for an HDD) 60 GB (actually about 56) is enough for me - I never gave more than a fifty-kopeck piece on hard drive C.
And movies/music/photos live well on hard or online storages.

Budget? Or the cheapest?
In any case, it is now more or less clear on the market at prices that the cheaper it is, the slower it is, with rare exceptions. Specific models should be advised only knowing specific prices, but in general I would advise either looking for Vertex 2 with 25nm memory (exactly such a config), or modern Agility / Vertex 3/4, for which the budget allows. The most risk-free, but also the most expensive option is a controller from Marvell (Crucial, Intel), but there will be a question “either 64 on marvell or 128 on Everest 2”, at least in our stores it is.

I have a samsung 355v5c-s0c laptop. I wanted to put the SSD along with the HDD. Tell me which one to choose and where to put it.

Generally SSDSC2CW060A310.
But SSDSC2CW180A3K5 is better.
