How to do preventive defragmentation of SSD and HDD?

Hello.
I haven’t done this for a long time, but now both 2Tb HDDs are full and it’s time to defragment and treat bad sectors in order to prevent diseases.
Once I used Auslogics Defrag, but now I stopped using pirated software, and I don’t want to buy it.
Installed in the PC:
- x2 SSD 128Gb
- x2 HDD 2Tb
Please advise a good OpenSourse software for these purposes.
PS: The presence of a special defragmentation algorithm for SSD (I don’t remember its name, but it was in the above program) is welcome.

I was interested in this and even specifically looked. Here is what Auslogics writes:
And further: "However, it's still best to make sure defragmentation is disabled." (This is about Windows scheduled disk defragmentation)
Defragmentation is harmful for the SSD - it will only increase its wear and tear, and the translator will completely devalue its results at the physical level - it will not work to write specific data to a specific cell.
What is needed for the SSD is TRIM. If you suddenly do not have this command If it works, then turn it on
Test - fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotifyon the command line 0 - enabled, 1 - disabled
This is important, for example, here is a test of the SSD before and after TRIM .
For hard drives, the Raxco PerfectDisk used to be praised, but over time, I think it got fat.
Of the free ones, UltraDefrag should come up, there are also JkDefrag and Smart Defrag.

HDD defragmentation is perfectly done by the OS - starting from windows 8, this is done automatically in the background.
It's basically impossible to defragment an SSD.
All special algorithms for defragmenting SSDs are just profanity, and scammers release utilities of this kind.
Anyone with at least a basic understanding of how SSDs work will tell you that.

For SSD, defragmentation is useless, HDD - by means of the system, if desired.
