I do not advise. The theoretical delay for access via geostationary satellites is about 0.5-1 sec. (a signal is obtained from the ground to the satellite passes 2 times + on the ground), the real one can be up to 2 seconds. That is, it is not suitable for most things, except for downloading large files, if there are no other access options.
