Why is the video not playing on the sites?

I feel really stupid phrasing the question this way, but I really can't figure out what the problem is and I don't know how else to ask about it.
The problem is this: at some point in the browser, the video stops playing, and in a very strange way. Let's say I'm trying to play some YouTube video: it just freezes at 0:00, after which nothing happens. I can move the slider on the timeline to, say, 1:03, which will change the frame of the video, and the slider will continue to rest, but now at 1:03, the video will be as if in a freeze frame. The situation is similar with music in VK and, it seems to me, with all web applications in general, because when this happens, I stop hearing my interlocutor in Discord (although he hears me).
After the reboot, everything returns to normal again, however, at some point the problem may reappear.
