Recommend headset for tech support
I ask for help, who can advise an inexpensive headset for technical support. Conversations through Asterisk, i.e. the operator calls via SIP on a regular Windows PC, now we are talking on Philips SHM7410 , but the interlocutor hears absolutely everything that happens in the office, how they talk and so on. Budget 1000r. Maybe someone worked in tech support? What headsets are they using? Maybe you need to install some additional software?

It won't work cheap. Headsets for call-centers, taking into account all the specifics, are not cheap.
I can recommend plantronics - solutions for such tasks.
Room design is important. Simple office partitions significantly reduce outside sounds. The operator must be fenced, including the table space
Not so expensive to buy a couple to test for the company. I don't think it's objectively possible to say that there is a better one. USB of course will be better than conventional. Here you have to try everything yourself, how the microphone behaves, etc.
