Why does the interlocutor hear my sounds through me?

There is a USB card from a hyperx cloud ii headset. I bought a 4 pin jack 3.5 soldered a 4 wire wire to it. The pinout is not important yet. Nothing on the other end of the wire. I am in the discord in the same room with the interlocutor. And I just have a piece of wire soldered to the jack, and when I turn on the music, the discord starts broadcasting my music to the interlocutor, though in poor quality, when I pull out the jack it stops. QUESTION. AS? this is happening
(I just changed the wire from the headphones, just a wire, the original one was 4-wire, not shielded, just varnished wires)
