Recommend a tablet or an intelligent site for selection / search

Interested in a tablet with the following characteristics:
1) 10 "IPS / PLS, GorillaGlass or equivalent
2) the ability to use SD
3) charging from USB
4) not a brake, not know-hire-China
5) Android is fresher
6) the ability to seamlessly reload the firmware , including a full return to the factory
7) GPS

The main intended use cases: in the car (navigator, watching cartoons for my son), browsing, in non-WiFi places - providing Internet for a laptop, diary / planner / todo list ( on the basis of what inmenno - I will decide when I buy and try.) Perhaps, over time, new application scenarios will appear.

Of course, I have already looked at the flagship models, including the Samsung Galaxy TAb 10.1, Acer Iconia Tab A500/501/700, iPad/IPad2, Asus Transformer - but the thought that I can skip and not look at some model does not leave me simply because it is not a flagship, not "on hearing", and I do not know about its existence.

Actually the question is - advise a model, or a site where you could set all these parameters (well, or most) in the search. Links to reviews of recommended devices are also welcome, as well as links to sites for self-search of information.

Thank you!

Most tablets do not have memory cards, not many are charged from usb, almost all have gorilla eyes and all 3.1 androids, and no one slows down (or rather, the android itself slows down regardless of the processor. So, in principle, it’s usually worth choosing from “gadgets ". Personally, I chose a Samsung 9 inch, no USB charging, no mouse, no memory cards. And to be honest, they don't need Navik. It's like torrents in the opera, yes, there is, I download, it's cool, but if it weren't for me would not be upset at all.

Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet
It seems to suit all requirements.
I have an Acer Iconia Tab A501, but now I’m thinking of changing it to this one - they have the same hardware, ports and OS, but lenovo has human glass, a better matrix and a stylus (which I really lack now), in addition to the acer case of some it costs unreasonable money.
In general, I would recommend Lenovo.

There are three androids in the family, I chose everyone according to one main criterion: the ability to install cyanogenmod . Never regretted. It may not suit your needs, but it's worth a look.
