Recommend a simple PHP framework
We are looking for a simple framework for PHP + MySQL that is easy to quickly learn and with the ability to customize the database structure for yourself and fix the interface. Of the global basic requirements - user authorization and display / content management in the database. The rest can be added.

It seems to me that any framework satisfies the basic requirements, if not independently, then one of the extensions. What is a framework for? A simple and powerful microframework is Silex.
Well, I don’t advise you to start with Yii, so you will stay on it if you take a full-fledged framework, then it’s better to have less magic and canonical OOP - symfony, zend and those based on them. Yii - you will always have time to understand, after the symphony - everything is simple and clear, if you need to correct something or suddenly write - maybe not as fast as an avid yii-shnik, but it will work out quite quickly.
Laravel, rapid development, good community, great doc, very easy to learn!
1) This question is not the first. Do not use search.
2) Simple is Ci, YII and not only. Suggested here above zend and sumfony ... They are extremely powerful, but the complexity of mastering them is directly proportional.
