Recommend a simple NON-Chromium code editor for the front-end like notepad++ (html, js, less/stylus/scss)?

Hello. Please suggest some simple " notebook " for working with the front-end;
with relatively "normal" syntax highlighting and support (out of the box or not) for code highlighting css preprocessors (less/stylus/scss...).
Notepad++I love it, but the downloaded CSS preprocessor syntax highlighting leaves a lot to be desired.
Sublime Textnotably crashes, is poorly supported by the developer, hangs and just doesn't like it.
Chrome-based редакторы кодаhave brakes and freezes ... and are not particularly good at anything .

Sublime Text notably crashes, is poorly maintained by the developer, hangs and just doesn't like it.

either you broke it yourself, or plugged it into plug-ins. sublime is considered just the fastest editor. and I personally agree with this. over the years of work - never experienced problems with it.
I do not argue. there is, BUT atom has made good progress in this direction. and brakes are in it only when opening projects and when manipulating files. after you open it and start coding - it's a very good editor in terms of speed.

Absolutely, absolutely nothing is suitable from alternatives. No?
