Which editor to choose for layout and web development? Sublime text 3 now asks for a license, now I'm looking for a universal solution. To suit both layout and web development.

atom or vscode are both good now.
Both are better than sublime.

Get out of the sandbox, buy yourself a WebStorm and code normally.

webstorm is a priority. they even have a free license (early access)
