Recommend a program for reading e-books on PC
Please advise a program for reading electronic books in various formats on a PC. The more supported formats, the better. Well, if it also looks nice, then generally super!
And then a Google search suggested a couple of scanty programs with support for a small number of formats ...

www.ice-graphics.com/ICEReader/IndexR.html I used this for a long time I liked it :)
if you want "goodies", look towards caliber
- this is both an almost multi-format reader (almost - doc, rtf texts will open in an office application) and a cataloger of communized, honestly bought books
STDUViewer - in addition to pdf, it supports a bunch of other formats: TIFF, DjVu, XPS, JBIG2, WWF document formats, FB2, TXT, Comic Book Archive (CBR or CBZ), TCR, PalmDoc(PDB), MOBI, AZW, EPub, DCX and image (BMP, PCX, JPEG, GIF, PNG, WMF, EMF, PSD) files.
Once upon a time I used BookShelf. At that time, I did not see a better alternative.
ICE Bookreader already advised?
www.ice-graphics.com/ICEReader/IndexR.html Tons
of formats, tons of features, and free of charge
Coolreader EPUB supports, you looked in the wrong place. ICE Bookreader is also good, I used it 8 years ago when I didn't have a smartphone or PDA.
Although my answer is absolutely useless, I will write anyway)
When the need arises occasionally, I download TOM Reader. It hasn't been supported for so many years, there is no support for any formats)))
But ease of use, size (~400 Kb in the archive), a lot of small amenities.
