How to write a book?
Hey!
There is a desire to write a book (popular science, IT).
Requirements:
- easily converted to PDF
- easily generated into a set of HTML pages
The book will definitely be distributed in electronic form, definitely free of charge. In paper - well, if suddenly ... then yes :)
The author is one person (but, perhaps, some chapters will have co-authors).
Illustrations will be.
Code examples - yes.
I ask for advice:
1. What is the best way to write?
Word (easily and clearly), LaTeX (fragmentary knowledge remains from the time of the institute, there is no particular desire to remember, and I want to concentrate on the text, and not on the markup). Something else as simple as Word and powerful as Latex? Maybe Git? But what about markup?
It is highly desirable that the system be online. That is, it would be possible at any moment to "check out" everything that he wrote before, and continue.
2. What should I pay attention to? Underwater rocks?
Thank you in advance.

If you are not going to print, then exclusively word, since only it adequately makes pdf with sections.
If you print, then scribus
Coursera.org will have a LaTeX course coming soon, maybe it will help you. Well
What to regulate? (aurdino or some other garbage)
What current (for example, 1.5v can eat 100A)?
PWM?
For example https://sysalex.com/2015/01/morgalka/
Scheme, upper right corner.
High level - spin
Low level - don't spin
