Recommend a netbook or budget laptop for study

Advise, please, a netbook or a budget laptop for study. The second option is preferable.
This device is necessary for studying at a technical university.
By "study" is meant:

• simultaneous operation of up to 2 IDEs (vs, netbeans, eclipse)
• work 2 db (most likely mssql + mysql)
• deployment of 1 server (glassfish, tomcat)
• work with the full MS Office package + launch third-party programs that occupy 100-150 MB of RAM on average

Wishlist: up to 14", because you need to carry it to school almost every day.

Try it, Lenovo Ideapad Z370, ordered in Thailand, 560 USD came out. Package CoreI3, 13.3", 8Gb DDR3, HDD750, 6 cell. Includes bag, mouse+pad, cooling pad.

It is inconvenient to work on a netbook, I can recommend Asus. I have xvd 55, for study it was generally super, for serious work it slows down a bit, but nothing, so far we are coping)
