Why is the AMD Radeon 7650M Series graphics card not working?

Good day! My video card does not work, that is, it says in my device manager that there are no drivers for this device, I update the driver, but I get a blue screen, and now I can’t roll back the video card at all. At first it was written to me that it was AMD Radeon HD 7500M / 7600M Series, I deleted the vidyuhu and then, after a reboot, it reappeared with the name AMD Radeon HD 7650M Series, I installed firewood through DriverPack and my laptop turned on after reboot, but it started flickering screen, and then BSOD VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE appeared, and now I tried to roll back the video card through safe mode, but the button is blocked, and I cannot remove and disable, then in normal mode it will still turn on. I have Windows 10, Intel Core I5 processor, AMD Radeon HD 7500M/7600M Series or AMD Radeon HD 7650M Series graphics card, I still don’t understand, it costs 4GB RAM, the HP ProBook 4540s laptop itself. Please tell me how to fix this, I've been trying to fix this for 2 months now.

@Zoominger

I installed firewood through DriverPack

Well, there's an error here.
Download from the manufacturer's website.

Because the driver packs do not have normal drivers for your 7650m HD for Windows 10
Take them from the site
https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon...
Put legacy, because in there is no open CL in beta
. Better put
Leshcat's catalyst mod. Some bugs have been fixed there.
If you have an intel hd 4000, I can throw it off .
Because the site may have died, as well as the links.
Well, for AmD to work, you need not disable the built-in
