Recommend a camera for outdoor activities with the possibility of on-line broadcasting

In general, I need a device (or a combination of devices) so that I can walk through the forest, a camera hung on my shoulder / hat / ear and transmitted everything that I see on the Internet for on-line viewing.

How many action cameras have I tried, but this has never happened. Personally, I would choose a waterproof smartphone and broadcast over 3G.
Although, Vholdr has a new Bluetooth-enabled Contour in the works that is capable of streaming images to an Android device. This option will be better, because a wide angle is still important under your shooting conditions.
