I bought such a fingerprint scanner from the Chinese. Anyone have any ideas how to start it? I did not find drivers right away, those that are are not installed on win7. More details in the album .

How about asking the manufacturer?
Ps: an interesting contraption, it pleases me very much on a laptop, I would take it to my desktop. Where are these sold?
