Help me understand what exactly they want from me. I can't follow the link because they have already written to me that I use the account exclusively from the computer from which I registered on the site. Once again, and block my account. This is not wanted. Therefore, I ask you to help. Maybe someone has come across this. They ask me for my card number and payment document. I don’t know what they didn’t like about my video verification, which I already passed. I can not understand what exactly I should throw off to them, please help.
PS My account was put on hold just because I used my account from different computers. And they are asking for it.
