Receive messages about visits to a site with a key search phrase?

Good evening. I've seen enough of the Business Youth video, where they talked about websites and seo. So, Mikhail Dashkiev said that they made such a trick on his sites: when a new visitor comes to the site, then a message arrives by e-mail, in which information about the source of the transition (Google, Yandex) and the key phrase by which they found their site .
I wondered how they did it? I looked for such a function in Yandex.Metrica and Webmaster, but did not find even similar ones. Only reports can be generated. I'm interested in real-time information to receive.
Dashkieva can no longer be asked about this, so I'm asking the question here. Tell me a ready-made solution, or in which direction should I start moving, because I don’t even know where to start yet.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

He probably did this even before Google and Yandex began to encrypt requests. However, you can pull requests from the metrics API and not quite in real time, but get information about the request. You can associate it with a specific user by giving each new user an ID in and showing it in the url, for example site.ru/categoriya?id=2227837, thereby tracking the person and the request in the metric through the API, linking the login URL in which the ID and search phrase are specified which we see in the metric. The same ID is written to the person in kukki. And with the help of the social tracking service or bigdata services, you can find out the mails of some people and link them also by ID with a cookie. Or, if on the site, for example, you can leave a request by entering the mail, then it is even easier to find out the user's mail.
As a result, we get:
1-assign an ID to the user
2-write the ID in the cukka
3-write the ID in the entry url site.ru/categoriya?id=2227837
4-using the metrics API, we associate the ID in the url with the search phrase
5-using social tracking, a big date or a form on the site, we associate the ID and mail
6-We get a bunch of ID-search phrase-mail
7-configure the mailing list and send letters
Perhaps there are ready-made services that do this.
P.S.
Judging by the reviews of friends from the forum, 70% of what they (business youth) tell is fiction or a beautiful theory that has not been tested in practice. But in general, the scheme described by me will work.

Thanks to all. Question removed. We will, as before, look at reports in Yandex.Metrica.
