Receipt for a refund for work performed?

Good afternoon, I can not find a sample receipt for the return of funds for the work performed.
One person made a site, he made no claims. but he promises money only after 2 months, so you need a receipt that he will pay them for the work done

1. As written above - this is called the Agreement
2. The agreement can be concluded by both legal entities and individuals in any combination
3. In the Agreement, note the procedure for settlements. For example, "2 months after hour X"
4. Make an act of work performed. The one who is the client signs and from that moment the service is considered rendered and accepted.
Well, it's so ... In a simplified version.

Good afternoon, enter into a contract or an author's order with a yurikov, hand over it (activate the work). If the works are not signed up and accepted by the customer in the event of legal claims, the court will be on the side of the customer.
Once again: you must demand confirmation of the work performed from the customer !!!

Let's go the banal way - link to the agreement on the creation of the site
