Problem with CryptoPro license?
To begin with, I will describe the situation:
Our company had to supply a software and hardware complex (PAC) to one of our clients. One position of this complex includes CryptoPro software, which can be downloaded from their website. For non-commercial needs, it can be used for a period of 30 days freely. However, for commercial use you need to buy a license. We delivered the PACK with this software to the client on November 10th. And on the same date we signed a supply contract. And the license for the right to use the CryptoPro software was officially bought only on November 20 and then transferred to the client.
Now our accounting department has a big problem with paperwork. It turns out that we did not have the right to sell the PACK with the CryptoPro software, because. at that time we did not have a license giving the right to officially use the software. CryptoPro refuses to change dates in documents.
Now the question arose: what to do? What are the ways out of the situation in which our company illegally used the software or did not have the right to transfer it as part of the PAK?
Maybe there is someone on the habré who understands such intricacies of accounting and licensing?

I think it's quite logical. If CryptoPro documents will not be changed (which is also quite expected), then it is up to you to change them. If your accounting department persists and does not want to draw up documents retroactively, then try to draw up an additional agreement (even from the side of the end buyer).
We cannot change the documents because the contract for the supply of PAK has already been signed by both parties, and, alas, it is impossible to change the date of signing the contract. Do you mean an additional agreement on granting the right to use the purchased license from an earlier date? If so, you've already tried it. Any license has a term for its formation, and it is listed on our license as November 20. That is, as I understand it, it was physically impossible to use it before this period.
1) Was there any mention of CryptoPro in the PAK documents?
2) if not, then draw up an additional act on the supply of the storage medium with the software recorded on it for review
3) set the date from the 10th
As for the transfer - if you did NOT charge for it - then there are no problems, you just provided a trial version of the software together with your PAC.
The documents mentioned CryptoPro. It was part of one of the supplied items. Well, i.e. this position is something like: "Server such and such, as part of the software: CryptoPro JCP, ..."
If I understand correctly, we charged for the entire PACK, which also included CryptoPro, but separately for he did not receive any payment.
