Real TK for mini EDMS - where to get it?

Tell me, where can I get a real technical task for an electronic turnover document system with a small number of documents, including summary reports?
To write an application for this TK and show it to a potential employer.
Several applications have been made (php + mysql + front-end), but this is not the same. Another does not come to mind.
