Ready-made script for the cloud on your server?

Tell me some ready-made script that can be installed on a hosting or server.
So that in this script it would be possible to manage files like in Google Drive, or at least the main thing is to give links only to certain files or folders to other people.
The files themselves will be stored on a separate FTP storage.

I tried searching on github but no results. I don’t even know how to find it, and what keywords to enter.
Maybe someone knows something similar?
