Reading tablet?

Hi all.
Recommend a tablet. It is necessary for reading technical literature in pdf, djvu formats. I plan to read in transport and a little at home. A good screen is important, so that without glare and with sufficient resolution. I don’t know about the size, I would like to hear the opinion of those who used 7 "and 10" - on the one hand, I don’t want to be too small, but I also want to read while standing in transport, I haven’t used tablets before and I have no idea.
In addition to the screen, the rest of the characteristics are not important, you don’t need more than a few hours of battery life, I won’t play demanding games or watch hd movies either, I don’t need 3g, I plan to use it only as a reader and a little Internet

A good screen is important, so that without glare and with sufficient resolution.

Luminance is measured in candela per sq.m. (cd /m2) the more the better. Ideal - amoled or retina
Only ten, seven is about nothing, like a big phone. You can 9 "with a slant under the iPad, and there are Chinese pads with a real retina.
You need a minimum of HD, and at 10 'you need a large resolution and PPI pixel density as they will be visible.
8000 mAh minimum, taking into account the fact that Akum quickly degrades
Here is the problem, since they are mostly china and of poor quality.

For reading on the road, it is better to take the size of 7.85 (iPad mini) or 8 inches. For the home, you can take 9.7-10 inches. If you take a tablet on Android, then only one of the top ones: a cheap tablet with a modern version of Android = brakes.

Or maybe score on a tablet, and take a normal electronic ink reader?
The screen is excellent, the battery lasts for several weeks (if you take a kindle whitepaper and then with a backlight right away)
Cheaper than a tablet. Internet on the phone.
