How to "start" children's phones on your acc in android?

Actually the question is how to hang two additional phones on your account so that you can put applications there, but so that neither soap nor hangout works there.
It’s not at all desirable to make soap for children either.

1) root the phone, and remove all soap and hangouts. In fact, giving your account to children is the worst option for a whole bunch of reasons.
2) Do not create Google accounts, install all the toys and programs necessary for children from the APK.
