So " List of literature and courses for Data Scientist " (as in the title) or " List of literature (or courses) of MATH for Data Scientist " (as in the text). It's like a slightly different thing.
On the basis of grades 7-9, you can, of course, want to follow the Great Hadron Collider at home in the kitchen, but still I recommend for Data Science to stop at any set of mathematics courses at the level of 2-3 courses of the tower. Well, for example, - linear algebra + optimization methods with numerical methods + probability theory and basics of mathematical statistics + basics of discrete mathematics + data processing algorithms.
Any textbooks are fine. Start reading and if you understand and the textbook "came" - you should not look for alternatives.
And if the current level is grade 7-9 "- well, it's worth starting with bringing it to the level at which you can start reading university textbooks - that is, to the level of the graduating class (at least).
Good luck.
