Then see articles, courses, tutorials, docs, books dedicated to OpenGL, OpenAL, development of multi-threaded applications, open repositories of engines on Github, here is a good one for computer graphics https://www.scratchapixel.com , about ai book by Ian Mullington, in general, there is no end to the list, the engine is a software system from a number of software products, therefore, either you build your own mainly from open libraries, or you die of old age without completing it to the end.
