Reading data from Excel spreadsheet via telegram bot in Python?

There is a file that stores data about users who were given a PC. Sometimes, when reinstalling the system, we have to search the excel file for their data via a PC. I would like to create a TelegramBot so that when writing the Inventory number (or some other text) it finds data about the user in whose name the PC is registered. I can't find the specific code. Thanks in advance!

Libraries telebot + openpyxl for example. The task is specific enough that there is no ready-made solution for it.
