RDP authorization on the screen of the terminal server and not in the system?
I have Ncomputing thin clients in my organization, they connect to the terminal server and the user logs in on the lock screen of the same server. And there are thin clients on Windows 8, but I still don’t understand if it’s possible and if so, how can I do the same, that is, the rdp client connects to the server and authorizes on it?
It's just that there is such a normal turnover in the organization, and there are places where several people work, I would like to simplify their work.

As I understand it, you want to turn off NLA. Googling "NLA rdp disable" will tell you what to do and why it's not recommended.
