Falls off RDP over VPN why?

There is a remote north. In it, the Internet raises the router (zyxel). There are also several servers on windows 2008 R2 and 2016, all machines are on the local network 192.168.102.*. I connect to the server room (to work on terminal servers) via OVPN (udp) as the OVPN server, debian is used, which is installed in the same server room. I am connected by any client from different places. The problem is the following, when you restart any of the servers, rdp starts to "fall off", while in the OVPN logs there is nothing that would indicate breaks, ping does not disappear, copying files through the tunnel does not stop either. Why is rdp crashing? PS If you do not connect via VPN, everything is fine, there are no breaks.
