Rb2011uias-2hnd-in How to set up access to the camera through a browser?

rb2011uias-2hnd-in is reset to factory settings, connected to the main router via wire, accessible via WinBox. A POE camera is connected to rb2011uias-2hnd-in and powered through port 10. How to set up access to the camera through a browser by ip address? Please give me a hint or give me a hint.

As far as I understand, the DHCP server of Mikrotik should issue an IP address for the camera. This does not happen automatically, after connecting the camera I enter the /ip dhcp-server lease print command and no IP addresses are displayed.
And if I understand correctly, for starters, the router to which the Mikrotik is connected by wire should give out the ip address of the Mikrotik, for example 192.168.0.123, but this does not happen automatically.
