Rationality of replacing CAT5e cable with CAT7?

I am a user of the provider Rostelecom, which, in principle, suits me for the services provided, but I am confused by the fact that this is a state-owned company, in addition to this, disconnecting it from Cogent and Lumen, as a result, the bowl of changing the provider outweighed! The only alternative is Skynet and their maximum tariff plan is 800mb (twisted pair, CAT 5e cable)
Actually, the question is how rational it is to buy a CAT 7 cable yourself and connect to them from their equipment, given that their equipment is connected by fiber, in the context of Internet speed and stability does this make sense?
Tariff - announced 800mb Router
- Tp-link Archer AX73

The better the cable, the fewer failures on the channel and the less chance of link degradation.
There are a lot of copper-clad aluminum twisted-pair cables on the market today. These wires don't last long.
So if possible - then put the cable better. If there is such a possibility, then with external shielding - FTP, in order to exclude interference from other power cables and other interference.
In addition to the actual cable material, pay attention to the thickness of the cores. There are also many variations with them - the thicker the vein, the better.
And so, in practice, Cat5E is quite enough for a gigabit link "under normal conditions."

What for?
The router you still have a maximum of gigabit pulls.
The Internet also supports a maximum of 1 gigabit
CAT5e gigabit - if your speed within the network is lower, then it only makes sense to figure it out.
But even then it makes no sense to put CAT 7, because a tenfold overpayment.

It makes no sense. 1GB and so the
company will work, by the way, topchik, I myself have been sitting for more than a year)
But you understand that this is not a large provider, and then he rents a network from the main dip?) And so on along the chain?)

In this case, all jumps from cat5e are akin to audiophile electric cable stands, polished by virgins on a full moon. And other fun of that kind.
It is irrational, but if they sell it, it means there are enough maniacs. And if in the spring an irresistible desire suddenly arises, then probably yes, it’s worth selling the apartment and buying something like that )

How much from the provider's equipment to yours? It seems that if it is less than 10 meters, then cat 5e will also pull 10g, if the request to experts is wrong, correct or even clarify the distance
