Raspbian OS, what are the alternatives to Apache, nginx, lighthttpd with PHP?

Hello!
Please tell me what are the alternative web servers for Raspbian OS, in addition to Apache, nginx, Lighthttpd, so that:
- small size,
- low resource requirements.
I just put it on Orange Pi Zero, and it has a lot of resources - 256 megabytes of memory, Raspbian OS, I want to run scripts in PHP, but at the same time leave resources for other tasks.
Maybe some small, compact PHP daemon or web server that supports php?

There is nowhere less Lighthttpd. I have a server with 16 MB of memory that calmly gives statics. PHP itself will eat an order of magnitude more.

https://formspree.io/ - "almost" without problems will do.
Also, there is also google forms.
