I made an order already on December 10 last year at http://raspberrypi.rsdelivers.com/ .

I received an order confirmation email stating the order reference number (mine is 1010216621) and that shipping is expected in two weeks.

After 2 months, there is no rumor or spirit about the parcel. Although according to their official mailing list my order was shipped somewhere in between. 17 and 23 December. But I never received a confirmation email with a tracking number. Wrote about the problem in support ([email protected]), three days later the following answer came:

Good afternoon
Please accept our apologies that you have not received your order 1010216621 and thank you for confirming your order/address details, These have now been passed over to our team who will re send the order, once this is ready for dispatch an emailed confirmation will be sent to you.
Thank you for your continued patience

A month has passed, but I have not seen a computer, or at least a notification with a tracking number. I took it not only because here the best price, but also because the reputation of RS Components seemed reliable. Yes, and on Habré there were no complaints about RS .

And I’m naively waiting for my parcel from the end of January - I even tried to refuse the order, but they answered me: “we can’t cancel the order, because it has already been sent, we are very sorry blah blah blah, but you can refuse it by mail or send it back to us.
This is the main problem with rpi - you get tired of getting it, although it is cheap. Some kind of madness that you have to wait several months for a penny piece of iron. And the point here is not at all in the Russian Post, as it might seem, because they swindle their own as
well will come, I will make a lastfm player out of it in the kitchen.

There was a situation 1 in 1. I ordered at the end of November, according to the table they sent it in mid-December. Received at the end of February.
But it turned out this way, because the fucking “Post of Russia” has drop dead logistics: when sending a parcel from Germany to the Moscow region, they managed to drive it to Novosibirsk, clear customs there, and then take it across half the country to the Moscow region.

5 months of waiting. They also gave an order reference number and neither a rumor nor a spirit.
We ordered twice (the first time something did not grow together and it was not possible to pay from the card). After 5 months, two (!) Raspberry Pi single-board computers arrived (although they only paid for one).
Ordered in July, received in December with a difference of a couple of weeks. I wrote three letters to support. They answered that it was a very popular thing and they were overloaded, but they didn’t forget about us and as soon as they sent it right away.
