Raspberry Pi (Orange Pi) + GSM (internet) + GPS is it possible to communicate with the inverter?

Hello. There is a hybrid inverter from A-electronica, which has a BlueTooth module. You can communicate with him using some standard UPS commands. Here is a video example . I want to implement such a bundle of software and hardware, when on the client PC you can see the state of the inverter and control it. To do this, I think, you will need to combine everything into a Hamachi virtual network (on Windows and Linux).
As a result, the connection looks like this: the inverter is connected via BT to the Raspberry Pi (or its equivalent), the Raspberry Pi is connected via the Hamachi network to the client PC. The PC will have this UPS management software.
Now closer to the question. I am not an expert or an amateur. Let's install Linux (Ubuntu) and I can Hamachi. But how to ensure the communication of the inverter via the Internet? What modem or module is needed? How to set it all up? Also, GPS is desirable, because. the inverter will be constantly on the go.

It's all possible to do this. Only a specialist or amateur is needed. Telling you step by step how to run socat, how to create a virtual port, set up reservations, and so on is a dubious pleasure.
Do you know that Hamachi is now paid?
