Inexpensive GPS tracker with GPRS (can be in the form of DIY spare parts)?

I would like to organize my own small (home) GPS tracking service.
As a transmitter, you need the cheapest GPS tracker that meets the following conditions:
1. built-in battery. / powered by a standard AA (AAA) battery / external power - not important.
2 if it works from an external power supply, then a small required voltage <=6 V is desirable (so as not to block a bulky battery from standard batteries).
3. signal transmission via GPRS with the ability to specify where to send information (whether it will be some kind of protocol or sending information in the form of an email is not very important).
3. communication once ~ 5 minutes (if the interval can be configured, this is an additional plus), or some kind of intelligent algorithm (for example, do not send information when idle at the site) - the goal is to see the next paragraph
4. operating time is at least 12 hours . preferably 1-2 days.
5. [optional] SMS informing (transfer of coordinates), for example, if there is no GPRS.
6. [optional] requesting data from the device by sending SMS
7. setting the device parameters via (USB/SMS/… not important)
8. whether it will be a ready-made device or a set of DIY components, it does not matter, provided that there is no need to look for rare components or breed complex boards.
9. Maximum cost savings
I briefly studied the market for ready-made devices, until I found options. Either cheap ($40-50 but without the ability to force you to send data to your service), or multifunctional and expensive (from $200).
Although I do not believe in the absence of solutions, because there are a lot of companies / services on the market that offer GPS tracking services (and their own solutions, both simple and multifunctional).
Maybe there is an option to hack some cheap model and force it to send data not to the Chinese GPS tracking service, but to mine?

I was advised this not so long ago - www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/226635925.html . By the way, his review (or his twin brother) was on Habré. As a result, it was ordered and sent by the Chinese on a painful journey through Russia. We are waiting, sir.

Tk102 is a very very unreliable device, if you want from the price category of $ 50 - take better gt03b
Even better - globalsat tr-151 or globalsat 102.

If you can DIY, then look towards Telit. About them just the links above
