How to track the movement of employees on the premises of 200-300 square meters?
Tell me if there is some kind of software, or some kind of gps wristwatch with a watch to track the movement of employees around the premises and see it in real time on a map of the premises, as well as see statistics in graphs.
Thank you.

Alternatively, if accuracy is not important (it can be strengthened, not exactly to the current position) - these are marks on employees and marks on doors / doorways, so when moving a person, you can track from his previous to the current position. He crossed point A outside the perimeter, which means he is in it from a to B and so on. One mark in the opening is enough and then the position from the previous one. Which sensors to use - at the discretion and depending on the budget. Better than gps because it does not depend on the "strength of reception", "the presence of a charge on the transmitter." The worse is that it is impossible to track the current position, but it is solved by increasing the number of sensors, the more there are, the higher the accuracy. You can literally implement it even through rfid, if you try.
How about a webcam attached to the forehead?
If it's not funny, consider it sarcasm. I would never work for you with an attitude like an animal.
All normal companies have access control systems, and when trying to open each door, an employee swipes his RFID access card over the reader.
with a couple of tcp packets, the ACS itself usually finds out about this (and who will give the command to open the door, if not the ACS server), but reports about "who is where now" can be written in the web interface using any convenient PL, even under .Net, at least for any other DBMS, if you find out the api access to the ACS from the developers.
How about a marauder map? I think it's a great option.
Here is a video on how to make it.

Mark each RFID with a tag in your hand, whoever does not want - he is not loyal to the company - is fired.
