Raritan Dominion keyboard not working, how to fix it?

by "inheritance" went to Raritan Dominion KXI. IPKVM for 32 ports .. there are no special functions, of course, but you can steer the servers remotely - keyboard and mouse and video should be available. I also got one modut DCIM-PS2 Turned on the
whole thing. registered IP on the device .. connected DCIM to the server .. (monik, keyboard, mouse) ... I go to raritan remove client
I click on the server - The video seems to be that neither the keyboard nor the mouse work =(
connected to a regular PC
OS: Debian, Centos, Windows
Everywhere the result is the same - There is a video .. There is no keyboard =(
