Where to specify IP addresses when creating a KVM virtual machine through libvirt?

Hello!
There is a problem, you need to create a VPS while assigning the necessary IP addresses to it. Please tell me how it all happens..? Let's say I ordered 10 ips for my node from the data center (I immediately ask if 10 ips can go to 1 network card?).. And I want to create 5 virtual machines with 2 ips each
... 1 server network card immediately 10 ips via DHCP .. Let's say that etc0 will have 10 ips on the server. What's next? As far as I understand, something like this:
1. Need to create a bridge? 1 piece for each VM. br0,br1...br4.
2. Create 5 networks (network) n0..n3..n4.
3. Assign your own network to each VM (because there should be no connections between VMs, that is, 1 VM can only ping its other IPs, and not other people's VMs).
But the question remains, where to specify the IP list? (
If possible, throw a step-by-step instruction in the format *command* *what it gives*, because I really want to understand how everything works)
Thanks in advance for the answers!
*ap*: I also forgot to say that the ips for each vm must be fixed.. That is, when you restart a node with vds, the ips of the vds should be those that were originally assigned to this particular vds.

Well, each hoster has the opportunity to issue a separate poppy to an IP address and you can bind it to a virtual machine.
and what kind of garden are you building.

1 vm can only ping other own IPs, not other people's vm

And what for to you then external addresses to order?
