ram for laptop lenovo 330s 15arr?

The laptop
on the board is embroidered with 4GB PC4-21300, 17-17-17-39 2400Hz 2-channel RAM, there is 1 DDR4 slot, it is written that the maximum amount of memory is 8GB.
The question is what should I choose the maximum to work in two-channel mode, put any 8GB or select 4GB by time codes?

If the memory is already embroidered, then the slot must be selected according to timings for 4 GB and preferably from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer / vendor can be viewed in the memory properties through AIDA64 or the device manager by vendor codes.
I have 2 slots on lenovo yoga 13, so I took an additional 250 GB, but if there is one m.2, then it’s better to take 512 GB right away, there is not a big difference in price between 256 and 512.
