depending on how you have implemented a raid, software or iron, everything with data loss
software can be recreated in the
iron system, reboot the system, go into the controller BIOS, delete the old raid and create a new one
If there was a raid 0 and you wanted to do a raid 0+1 instead of a raid1+0, it would theoretically be possible. But not raid 10
Depends on the capabilities of the controller - read the docs,
Theoretically: if you currently have 2 raid1 hard drives, 2 more are not used, then you can try
1. remove 1 hard drive from raid1 (mark it as failed and remove it from the array)
2 create a raid10 of three hard drives in a dergraded state
3 transfer the system from the 1st hard to raid10
4 will reboot already from raid10
5 add 1 hard that was raid1 to raid10
Without rebooting, no matter how, but the downtime will be minimal.
