RAID 1 broke up after changing a partition in Acronis Disk Director, how to assemble it?

There was a RAID 1 of two disks with 4 main partitions and no partitioned area. After changing one partition to a logical one and creating a new partition in an unallocated area, the RAID broke up and now all partitions are visible as separate partitions and are duplicated. I expected that Acronis Disk Director on the second disk will create the same partition as on the first one. How to return RAID? It is still not clear why partitions that should be mirrored have different free space?
ps The system itself is on a separate disk.

Upd. Went into UEFI, disks are not in RAID mode. What happens if I change the mode to RAID?

Windows will not boot if you installed it in AHCI. It was RAID 1 after all. All you have to do is assemble it again
