Quick search in the Answer Base (Live Search)?

I am looking for a service to create a database of questions and answers with a live search, this is all for the sales department.
When a person has any objection, the manager drives in an objection and immediately receives an answer option.
There are services for scripts, but there is no way to look for additional ready-made answers. For example
