Does anyone know a service for creating a "Help" section (aka "Knowledge Base")?

I am looking for a service to create a "Help" section on the site.
You need something like this :
feedback.uservoice.com/knowledgebase
with a concise customizable design, the ability to edit content in the admin panel, but WITHOUT the ability to send feedback and other things that Uservoice does.

The same can be done through our service . Support center example (feedback can be disabled).
True, if you only need the "Help" section without the call system itself, then the functionality will most likely be redundant.
