How to implement a knowledge repository site?

Hello IT guys. Need help!
I have great knowledge in a certain subject. I want to create a knowledge base site.
The difficulty is how to present it in the best way, so that it would not turn out to be a garbage dump.
All information should be presented according to the scheme question -> several solutions.
and most importantly, all this should be sorted (catalogued)!!!!!!
So that a new visitor could easily find his problem in the catalog and, of course, a solution.
I would be glad to see examples of such knowledge bases and creation solutions: CMS + plugin or ready-made script sites.
