Quick read: maybe?

For a long time I have been hearing about speed reading and the fact that people read entire books in a couple of days, devoting not so much time. How can you learn to read quickly? I learned to type quickly, but not to read) Can anyone share their experience?

you need to read quickly, or read so that information is stored in your head, or you can read and thoughtfully realize in your head what is happening and how it works, more literature for those.

Speed reading is ideal for fiction, but not at all suitable for technical literature. There the whole point is in independent "thinking out" and subconscious perception. With complex technical literature, such a number will either not work, or it will be much more difficult.

works.
1. read any book on the methodology for studying speed reading (that's right, there are many methods), if it doesn't work, try another. My results improved after the first book, but unfortunately I don't remember the author and the title.
2. A couple of years ago I went to courses according to the method of Oleg Andreev, it works. I started with 300, after 8 days I was reading at a speed of about 1800 words per minute. The result, to be honest, is mediocre, because. frankly messed up during training, there were characters with results of 3000-4000.
